Have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, and just had my first appointment at Hillsborough Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. The experience was smooth, the dentist was super knowledgeable and seemed passionate about his work and helping people, and the staff was super friendly. I had a cleaning and temporary filling (ad hoc per the dentist's offering), and the entire process was seamless and efficient. Glad to have found this practice and definitely recommend to others.

What a great place. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a decade and was very intimidated by the thought of it. Dr. Williamson and the entire staff (especially Krista) made me feel super comfortable. Even better, the whole experience in catching up on my oral care was completely painless! Very caring and compassionate staff. I highly recommend them.

The entire staff is informative and friendly. Dr. Mike always asked for a signal if I’m uncomfortable in any way. He is kind and explains how and why procedures are done. He tries to do the less invasive procedures if possible. I have enjoyed working with the new practice.

I was skeptical when the practice changed hands because we'd been with Dr. Cheek a long time. However, it appears to have been a seamless transition, staff is still wonderful, and Dr. Mike is great! Highly recommend.

We were longtime patients at this practice under Dr. Cheek, and have been very impressed with the transition to Dr. Mike. The hygienists are always friendly and committed to helping us receive the best dental care. The practice has modern technology with a small town approach, and all the recommendations for specialists have been great.

Prompt service, able to get teeth cleaned and x-rayed by Bonnie in about half an hour. Appreciate Dr Mike not pushing unnecessary fillings, kept a watch on the same tooth as last year. Would recommend!

I get really nervous coming to the dentist but when I found Dr. Cheek I was happy and more relaxed with his style. I was concerned about Dr. Cheek leaving his practice. I just met Dr. Williamson and I feel so relaxed around his energy. Dr. Cheek picked a wonderful replacement.

I've never been to a more patient centered dentist before. The staff welcomed me as family, while also expressing their genuine concern for how my dental health was and how my smile effected my mental health. Wow! Changing health care professionals after many years of excellent care is tough. But Dr. Mike and staff have made the transition smooth and seamless. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I have always had a wonderful experience! The staff is super friendly and they are always available to answer any questions I may have. They have just recently changed dentists but I am confident that Dr. Williamson will be just as good as Dr. Cheek. Thank you all for what you do!

I’ve had many dental issues over the years and have gotten to know my dentists well, too well! So I was a bit apprehensive when Dr Mike took over the practice in the middle of some major work, but any apprehension was quickly alleviated as he is obviously very competent and knowledgeable. As well as the support staff, as they always have been. Highly recommended.
